Lady Bird Deed Request Form

Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with a link that will direct you to a Calendly booking page. There you will be prompted to choose an available time to set a meeting. This is a brief phone call meeting to ensure we are on the same page regarding the document you would like us to prepare for you! A non-refundable fee of $50 (credited to final invoice) is required to secure your meeting slot. Depending on the document(s) requested, a time frame will be provided of when to expect completion.
